called Queen of Hearts in Buford, Ga.
I will have more to come. What I have to tell you is how wonderful my Hubby Joe is.
He has put his creative wood working skills to work
on this armoire. It was falling apart!
I forgot to take a picture of the inside,
but it is backed with bead board and painted robin's egg blue.
What I'll have to show you soon, is a beautiful toy box that he built.
I'll be posting that and more later.
If you are local and can come by, Queen of Hearts is having
their Holiday Open House On November 19 thru 22nd.
I'm very excited!! Yay! My first shop!

The Pleasure of Treasures
Posted by
Dina @ Dinnie Wrinkles Design

to look for the treasures that you may have displayed.
If they are tucked away in a dusty box in the attic
to pull them out and display them.
I just wanted to share 3 of my favorites.
The first picture is of my very first piggy bank.
This little puppy was in the delivery room picture when I was brought back in.
My Mom probably knows exactly who gave it to me
but it was so cool to see it in the picture.
I really wish I had the picture to show you. (it's at Mom's)
My Mom looked so pretty after giving birth to me.
In those days you were knocked out and when you woke up you had a baby.
Which reminds me this is really old.
Funny, I don't think I'm old at all
but looking at this piggy..... well not really a piggy-penny bank
is 40 years old....... really rings home.
Next picture is a book that my husband Joe got from his Mamaw at age 4.
Which makes it 41 years old.
Katie thought it was so neat to read a book that was her daddy's.
We are now to the youngest of the group.
Katie's first pair of ballet slippers at age 4.
That makes them 6 years old.
Now I'm going to cry!
It is a pleasure to have acquired these
treasures. My penny bank was saved from a fire
that destroyed almost everything.
My treasures are a pleasure to me
and I will always handle them with Care!
